Tendline ("we") is operated by SoloFoundry. SoloFoundry Assistant (the Framer plugin) is the same service under the SoloFoundry name. Contact: solofoundryhq@gmail.com.
If you run a website that uses the assistant, add this to your own privacy policy: SoloFoundry Assistant is a third-party AI chat service used on this site (service domain gettendline.com, operated by SoloFoundry). When you use the chat, your messages, a random session id and the address of the page you are on are sent to the service to generate replies and to keep your conversation history in your browser. Details you choose to share in the chat (such as your name, email or phone number) are passed to the site owner by email so they can follow up. Chat records are kept by the site owner in their dashboard. See gettendline.com/privacy.
From business owners (our customers): name, business name, email, mobile number, business details you give us or that we read from your public Google listing or website, and billing details handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). If you connect Google Calendar, we store an access token to read free/busy times and create hold events; we never read event contents beyond what is needed to check availability.
From callers to our customers' lines: the caller's phone number, the audio of the call (processed in real time for speech recognition and not stored as audio unless the customer enables recording), a text transcript, and details the caller provides (such as name, callback number and reason for calling). Callers may receive a single SMS confirmation related to their call; reply STOP to opt out.
From visitors to our customers' website chat: the messages typed into the chat, a text transcript of the conversation, the page the chat started on, and details the visitor chooses to provide (such as name, email, phone number and what they are interested in). Chat messages are processed by our AI provider in real time to generate replies. Transcripts and captured details are stored so the business can read and act on them, and are treated as that business's customer data. Visitors should not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
From Tendline Leads subscribers: your name, email, the niche and country you choose, and billing details handled by Lemon Squeezy. Your daily packs are delivered on a private link tied to your subscription.
Lead data. Tendline Leads packs contain information about businesses gathered from public sources only — public websites, public Google Business listings and Google's Ads Transparency Center. We verify and organize this public information; we do not collect private data about these businesses. A business that wants its details excluded from future packs can email us and we will remove it.
Assistant previews. We sometimes build a preview of our AI assistant for a business from its own public web pages. Previews live on private links, dissolve on their own within days, and are deleted immediately on request.
To answer calls on the customer's behalf, send the caller a confirmation, relay call details to the customer by SMS and email, show the customer their call history, compute usage and billing, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data and do not use call content to train third-party models.
Twilio (telephony and SMS), Deepgram (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), Google (language model and, if connected, Calendar), Resend (email), Railway (hosting, US region), Lemon Squeezy (payments). Each receives only what is needed for its function.
Transcripts and call details are kept while the customer's account is active and for 90 days after closure. Customers can delete calls or their account from the dashboard or by emailing us. Callers can request access to or deletion of their data by contacting the business they called or us.
Tendline's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar access is used only to show open times and create hold events on the connected calendar, and can be revoked any time from the Tendline dashboard or your Google account.
We will post changes here and, for material changes, email customers.
